Sharjah's Game-Changing Infrastructure Enhancements

Sharjah is embarking on another significant infrastructure project in the area of Wadi Al Helo, which includes the construction of an electricity and water network in the Al-Muhtadi residential complex. This development is associated with the third phase of the project and is being implemented under the supervision of the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA).
Comprehensive Electricity Supply with Modern Technology
The main goal of the project is to provide reliable and sustainable energy supply for the new residential area. To achieve this, an 11-kilovolt distribution station will be established, and five new electrical distribution boxes will be installed in the area. Furthermore, the development includes the laying of one kilometer of medium-voltage and nearly two kilometers of low-voltage cable networks.
During the implementation, SEWA utilizes the highest quality and safety standards to ensure that the new system operates reliably in the long term. The total project cost exceeds 1.1 million dirhams, and it is scheduled to be completed in the next month.
High-Quality Water Supply System
The project is not limited to the electrical network. The infrastructure for the water supply of the Al-Muhtadi residential complex will also be developed using high-quality GRE pipes. These pipes are known for their durability and corrosion resistance, making them an ideal choice for long-term water network solutions. The standalone budget for the water supply development exceeds 232,000 dirhams.
Aiming for a Future-Proof Living Environment
This investment by Sharjah not only creates better living conditions for current residents but also lays the foundation for future urban developments. Sustainable energy and water supply are essential elements of a modern living environment, especially in continuously expanding residential areas like Al-Muhtadi.
The successful implementation of the project contributes to providing stable and efficient public services to the region's residents while also strengthening the city's infrastructure. This represents another step towards Sharjah's development and the creation of a more livable environment, which is part of the wider urbanization and modernization efforts affecting the entire UAE.
