In the framework of the 2025 Dubai Youth Forum, ten new initiatives have been announced aimed at supporting the youth of the Emirate in various fields, from business ventures to space exploration and media.
New Opportunities for the Youth
These programs, initiated by various organizations, are specifically tailored for the youth of the Emirates, giving them the chance to develop entrepreneurial, technological, and creative skills. One of the most exciting initiatives aims to support young entrepreneurs: participants can learn the basics of starting and managing a successful business while gaining mentorship and practical experience.
In addition, another program offers opportunities for young people interested in space exploration and missions: students aged 11 to 18 can participate in various workshops where they can learn about the world of modern space technology and discovery.
Youth in the Media World
The Youth Council of the Dubai Cultural Authority has also launched a new media platform called "The Youth Podcast (Voice of Youth)," which gives young people the chance to discuss societal issues, share their experiences, and inspiring stories. The podcast aims to give the youth community its own voice, encouraging them in social dialogue and creative self-expression.
Safety and Community Responsibility
The Future Readiness Youth initiative was created with the support of Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Police, and educational institutions. It aims to prepare 1,000 young people annually in the areas of community safety and social responsibility. The 12-month training focuses on innovation and social engagement to achieve sustainable impact in the long run.
Practical Experience in Media
The Du Seed: Empowering Youth program aims to equip youth aged 10 to 18 with practical skills in photography, video creation, and media content production. Over six months, participants actively take part in Du Telecommunications company's media appearances at events, gaining experience in a real market environment.
Sustainable Future Vision for the Youth
These initiatives not only provide educational opportunities for participants but can also have a positive impact on Dubai's future in the long term. Through strategic partnerships, the programs aim to shape the youth into creative, innovative, and competitive professionals while promoting a culture of social responsibility and community awareness.
