New Monthly Parking Pass in Dubai: A Convenient Solution for Drivers Across Multiple Zones

Dubai drivers can now manage their parking more conveniently, thanks to Parkin's latest monthly subscription system, specifically introduced for certain city districts. This new system allows drivers to easily subscribe through the mobile app or Parkin's official website, avoiding penalties from expired parking times and the hassle of continuously purchasing parking tickets.

Which Areas is the Subscription Available?

The program is currently available in several popular city districts, with packages tailored to different durations to meet individual needs. The passes are available in the following locations:

Dubai Hills (zone 631G)

Only applicable to light vehicles, only one car can be linked to the pass.

Price:

1 month: 500 dirham

3 months: 1,400 dirham

6 months: 2,500 dirham

12 months: 4,500 dirham

Silicon Oasis (in two separate zones)

Restricted area:

5% VAT payable, fees are non-refundable.

Price:

3 months: 1,000 dirham

6 months: 1,500 dirham

12 months: 2,500 dirham

H zone:

Price:

3 months: 1,400 dirham

6 months: 2,500 dirham

12 months: 4,500 dirham

Wasl Communities (zone W and WP)

Only valid for Wasl community public parking spaces.

Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of cancellation.

1 month: 300 dirham

3 months: 800 dirham

6 months: 1,600 dirham

12 months: 2,800 dirham

Roadside and Lot Parking (zones: A, B, C, D)

Parking for a continuous period is limited (roadside 4 hours, lots 24 hours).

Lot Parking Only (zones: B and D)

Price:

1 month: 250 dirham

3 months: 700 dirham

6 months: 1,300 dirham

How to Subscribe

1. Choose an area: Determine which zone you want to park in based on a map or by name.

2. Choose the type and duration of pass: The system will show available options for the chosen area.

3. Provide information and payment: After uploading necessary documents, payment can be made online.

Important to Know:

A maximum of three vehicles can be linked to one Dubai traffic registration, with only one active at a time. Vehicle changes can occur every 30 minutes.

For vehicles registered in another emirate or overseas, only one car can be linked to the subscription.

Fees are non-refundable.

It's not possible to downgrade from roadside and lot parking package to lot parking only.

Changing vehicle information costs 100 dirham.

New Variable Pricing

In April, Parkin introduced a new, time-based pricing model in Dubai. During peak hours (8:00–10:00 and 16:00–20:00), premium parking spots cost 6 dirham per hour. Weekends and official holidays are exceptions.

Premium parking zones (AP, BP, CP, DP) are close to metro stations, busy commercial areas, or densely populated districts, where parking demand is higher.
