“We want to ensure better service, quality of life, and a brighter future for our citizens,” Sheikh Mohammed wrote on social media. He added that the future goal is to integrate housing and funding bodies into a comprehensive system, allowing approvals to occur in just a single day.
Increased Grants in Residential Parks
The Sheikh Zayed Housing Program has recently increased grant amounts for those building within designated residential parks. The new grant amount has risen to 1.2 million dirhams, while those building outside designated areas can apply for up to 800,000 dirhams.
