Burj Azizi: A New Pinnacle of Luxury

The Burj Azizi, the world's second tallest building, captivates not only with its height but also with its luxury and exclusivity. On the first day of sales, numerous records were broken, and beyond large sums of money, unique stories emerged among the buyers. Alongside the Dh63 million penthouse, one buyer reserved an entire 21st floor for themselves, while others strengthened family bonds by purchasing adjoining apartments.
Burj Azizi: Luxury Elevates Dubai to New Heights
Burj Azizi is not just a building but a city within a city. The 131-story tower, set to be located on Sheikh Zayed Road, will offer 128 luxury apartments, consisting of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom penthouses. These apartments are spread over eight floors, with the most special penthouse located on the 88th floor, featuring its own steam room, sauna, and swimming pool. The apartment's Dh63 million price was well worth it for the first-day buyers.
The prices of the apartments in the building range from Dh7.5 million to Dh156 million and more than 110 units were sold on the first sales day. According to a sales agent, one buyer made the decision to purchase a Dh19.9 million 2-bedroom apartment within just five minutes. Although the man resides in an 8-bedroom villa, acquiring a property in the Burj Azizi was seen as expanding his portfolio since he felt the building represents a piece of history.
An Entire Floor for One Person
Among the most interesting stories is a buyer who reserved the entire 21st floor for themselves. This floor encompasses 18 apartments, and the new owner decided to purchase them all. Another family bought two adjacent 1-bedroom apartments for Dh13 and Dh14 million. The siblings intended to live next to each other, showcasing that the Burj Azizi is not just an investment opportunity but also a place to call home.
Global Sales of Apartments
The sale of Burj Azizi apartments began on Wednesday in seven different cities, including Dubai, where the event took place at the Conrad Hotel. In addition to its 725-meter height and 1037 apartments, the building offers numerous luxury services, allowing residents to not leave the building. The tower includes a cinema, hotel, supermarket, gym, yoga center, spa, game room, business center, children's play areas, restaurants, and cafes, truly forming an independent neighborhood.
Records and Exclusive Opportunities
Burj Azizi will break numerous records, including the highest hotel lobby on the 111th floor, the highest nightclub on the 126th floor, the highest restaurant on the 122nd floor, and the highest hotel room on the 118th floor. The building's top will also feature a special museum showcasing a chronological account of the building's development and a multimedia exhibition of the personalities involved in its construction.
The building is expected to be completed by 2028, featuring a 360-degree observation deck offering breathtaking views of Dubai. Additionally, it will host an exclusive commercial area where only invitation-only brands and luxury boutiques will operate.
Burj Azizi: More Than Just a Building
Burj Azizi is not merely another skyscraper in Dubai but a project that elevates luxury and quality of life to new heights. The interest seen on the first sales days and the unique stories of the buyers demonstrate that this building is not just an investment opportunity but a lifestyle. The Burj Azizi is truly becoming a part of history and is a landmark likely to become iconic in Dubai's future.
