New Electric Vehicle Charging Fees Announced for 2025
From January 2025, the UAEV, a government-owned electric vehicle charging network, will implement new charging fees, marking a significant change in the United Arab Emirates' electric vehicle infrastructure. According to the new pricing, DC chargers will be available at 1.20 dirhams/kWh and AC chargers at 0.70 dirhams/kWh, both subject to additional VAT.
