Citi Developers Launches Second Project in Jumeirah Village Circle
The Citi Developers, a global leader in real estate development for over a decade, has announced the launch of its second project, Allura Residences, in Jumeirah Village Circle.
The project has a total cost exceeding 300 million dirhams, with residential units scheduled for delivery to customers in the second quarter of 2027.
"The payment plan is excellent, with just 1% monthly until delivery," said Othman Tariq, Director of Citi Developers' sales center.
Tariq emphasized that Dubai has become a global prime destination for real estate investments. "We will develop additional projects. The population is expected to double in the coming years, which means there will always be a need for more residential projects. The Allura Residences will feature the largest lobby Jumeirah Village Circle has ever seen, covering approximately 8,000 square meters. This lobby will also host a designated business center. Residents will have access to concierge services, booking the building's amenities such as a private cinema, clubs, restaurants, and even hotels throughout Dubai. Valet parking services will also be available, a first for a residential building, especially in the Jumeirah Village Circle, raising living standards in the area.
Tariq also noted, "We completed a previous project that was extremely successful, selling out in just four months. We will continue to launch new projects, and Allura Residences is unique. It consists of a ground floor, five parking levels, and 29 floors with a private business center. Additional amenities include two swimming pools, and every two- and three-bedroom apartment is located in a corner with a private pool.
